New things are occurring in the world of Copper…

We are thrilled, delighted and excited that our Associate Director Tim Kitchin has been persuaded to join us full time in 2015 as Client Service Director and Head of Copper Consulting.

Tim will be working hands on within the team, and brings four years’ experience from the world of Digital Start-ups, a wealth of experience in sustainability including clients like BirdLife International, RSPB, WWF and UNEP, and 20 years’ experience in brand marketing as both an agency founder and head of consulting at Ogilvy PR.

Since 2011, Tim has worked as head of Innovation and Entrepreneurship for BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT, leading the creation of the 400-strong BCS Entrepreneurs Specialist Group. He remains a Director of London’s Capital Enterprise alliance and a Tech London Advocate. Tim is also the co-author of several books on Marketing including ‘Managing Corporate Reputations’, ‘Beyond Branding’ and ‘Corporate Transparency’.

Copper Founder and Managing Director, Jason Suttie explained, ‘Tim’s experience of communications has already enabled us to deepen and extend our service offer to clients. He also brings valuable commercial edge to our branding work in the food and retail sector. As our key Account Director he acts as a mentor and coach as well as an empathetic service co-ordinator to clients. We’re all feeling energised by the addition of Tim to Team Copper.’ Tim stated; ‘I feel revitalised to be working more closely with the dynamic team that is Copper and bringing a different range of skills to the table.’

All in all we think Tim is a fantastic addition to the Copper community and we hope he will continue to do great and wonderful things in 2015.

Watch this space…
